Volunteers are vital to the support system of the first phase. The first phase of progress will consist of containing and eliminating items left by the previous owner. The items needing to be removed include personal belongings, theater seating, carpet, curtains, flooring, ceiling tiles, wallboards, bathroom fixtures, candy/sales counter, shelving, debris and more. No structural components will be removed during this process. Safety supplies are provided to protect volunteers and they understand the delicate nature and condition of the building. Volunteers preserve any items of historical significance for future display. By volunteering, you minimize the start-up cost as additional cost accrues for dumpsters, waste removal, abatement and architectural designs.
