The number of investors will be limited, up to 100 Shareholders as defined by MN law Statute 323A. The purpose to offer partnership opportunities with Le Sueur Theater LLC is to gain capital quickly in a short amount of time to expediate the restoration process and to open the facility to the public faster, therefore adding growth to the local community and giving residents an opportunity to be involved not only directly with the theater but also within the community as a whole for years to come.
